Exclusive SOTA Street Fighter Master Gouken Yellow Figure Variant.

Oooh boy, I know what I'm ordering later today!!

SOTA recently release the number one Street Fighter figure I'm looking for-Master Gouken. This man is the sensei of Ryu and Ken and brother to Akuma (What weird family reunions they must have had.) Although I want Gouken in the original black gi version, I have to get this yellow kanji version first. It's screaming for me to buy it now, since only 300 of these were made (700 for the black gi variant.) It's $19.99 plus shipping (Which may be up to $5-$10) and you can order it here on SOTA Toys website. Shoryuken indeed.

New Lara Croft Images.

The sexy Karima Adebibe is back with some new Lara Croft images that turns my face blush red and makes steam come out of my ears everytime I look at them. Pictures courtesy of Break.com.

Resident Evil 4 Early Gameplay Version.

I found this intriguing video showcasing early gameplay of Resident Evil 4. I've seen screen shots of this game footage before but never actually seen it in playing form. I'm impress with how the game was originally turning out but I love the final version that Capcom gave us.

Xbox 360 Laptop.

Whoa! This is the sweetest laptop I've ever seen. Props to this guy for having a one of a kind. Images are from Break.com.

Okami Wallpaper.

Capcom's Okami website provides some excellent info about the game but my personal favorite feature they have is the fantastic wallpaper. Like the game, it showcases a work of art.

Andy Roddick versus Pong.

I don't know much about Tennis nor Andy Roddick (shame on GamerC) but I saw this commercial on TV and I have to say Pong is one heck of a opponent. A+ American Express for this excellent usage of a famous gaming icon.

Wanna challenge Pong? Click on the banner below to play against arguably the best Tennis of our time.

Okami: Proving Games Can Also Be An Art.

"Okami is the story of the Shinto sun god returning to Earth in the form of a white wolf, out to restore landscapes beset by a particularly grubby evil with ethereal brush strokes, claw swipes, and the help of a strange little bouncing bug. Sure, it's precisely the sort of oddity that could only have originated in Japan, but it's more than that. A lot more."

That paragraph alone from the GamePro review of Okami is enough for me to check out this unique game. Clover Studios (Viewtiful Joe developers) has made not only a game but a work of art, literally. The gameplay is based on using a "celestial brush" to attack enemies, paint missing objects into existence, and turn night into day. Whoever says that games aren't creative need to check this title out now.

Also, you can check out another excellent review of Okami from IGN.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories Trailer.

So it seems Rockstar are releasing expanded versions to each of their GTA games? I wonder will this one play just like Vice City too.

So what is the plot this time? Straight from Rockstar.

"Vice City, 1984. Opportunity abounds in a city emerging from the swamps, its growth fueled by the violent power struggle in a lucrative drugs trade. Construction is everywhere as a shining metropolis rises from foundations of crime and betrayal.

As a soldier, Vic Vance has always protected his dysfunctional family, his country, himself. One bad decision later and that job is about to get much harder. Kicked out onto the streets of a city torn between glamour and gluttony, Vic is faced with a stark choice - build an empire or be crushed.

Developed by Rockstar Leeds and series creators Rockstar North, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories arrives for the PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable) system this October"

I'd expect a PS2 version out sometime next year (or later this year if we're lucky.)

Rumble Roses Makoto Aihara locker room.

Recently I've been posting more videos on YouTube and some of them are Rumble Roses locker room interviews. Here is the Makoto Aihara orange bathing suit interview from the Playstation 2 version. Without a doubt Makoto is one of my favorite wrestlers in the game. I love her shy, innocent demeanor and her can do attitude. It's very attractive to me but her alter ego, the Black Belt Demon, wins the hotness contest for me. I'll have that interview, along with more, up soon.

A Gamer's birthday.

Hehehe, I think this is something that Mr. Chief would get for his B-day.

A little something for all Xbox fans.

A Japanese childrens book.

I have a hard time believing this is a Japanese childrens book. I would like to think it's a funny joke or photoshop but American words can have different meanings in other parts of the world.

Super Mario Bros. theme on a guitar.

This guy plays the first level of the orginal Super Mario Bros. near perfect. Very impressive in my opinion.

I should learn how to play a guitar. Chicks dig guys into guitars!! *Runs off to get Guitar Hero for the PS2*

Ultimate Restroom Setup.

This is by far the coolest looking bathroom I've ever seen. Props to whoever took the time to designing it.

If a refrigerator was installed I'll never leave.

Early Sonic the Hedgehog concept.

Just who is this blond lady in a red dress that seems interested in Sonic? Madonna!! I've never seen her or these pictures before!!!

I'm hoping you're having the reaction I described above (maybe not 100% though.) I took some early concept images of Sonic the hedgehog from Sonic Gems Collection. I thought I post them to display what original ideas Sega seemed to be planning then.

What is funny to me is that most of this characters never made it to final development in their original states. The idea of Sonic having Madonna (The lady in the red dress) as his damsel in distress (such as Princess Peach is to Mario) was completely scraped and instead added Amy much later in the series. You can also see an early version of Eggman too (the giant yellow/black balloon looking figure.)

More images will be up soon.

Anime Invasion: Naruto opening theme seasons 1-7.

Naruto isn't only an excellent series but also feature some excellent intros. Similar to a James Bond opening, it's something you watch the first five minutes of just to see it and hear the excellent song.

Thanks to rpm048 on YouTube for uploading. The openings go in this order.

1. Rocks Hound Dog -- Rocks Ep. 1-25
2. Asian Kung-Fu Gen. -- Haruka Kanata Ep. 26-53
3. Little by Little - Kanashimi wo Yasashisa Ni Ep. 54-77
4. Flow -- GO!!!! Ep. 78-103
5. Sambomaster - Seishun Kyosokyoku Ep. 104 - N/A
6. Stance Punks - No Boy, No Cry Ep. 129 - N/A
7. Snorkel - Namikaze Satellite

GO!!!!, Seishun Kyosokyoku, and Namikaze Satellite have alternative versions to them. I'll post them once I find them.

Plastic action: Metal Gear Solid 4 Solid Snake figure.

Metal Gear Solid 4 isn't even out yet but that won't stop Medicom from releasing their 12" Solid Snake figure.

This bad boy is expected to come out around this holiday season with a price tag of a $150.00. You can preorder it from CornerStoreComics.com and can get at the cheaper price of $127.50.

I'll admit these prices for one figure is a bit absurd but given the quality I've heard about Medicom's merchandise, it seems worth it (especially if you're a Metal Gear fan.)

Captain Jack Sparrow Tatoo.

I'm not really a tatoo fan but this Jack Sparrow creation looks very cool. Having something like this is a work of art in my opinion.

GamerC Custom Wallpaper 8.

Another collection of wallpaper I created. My good buddy at Gnomes Lair asked me an intriguing question.

"Now, why don't you try some retro themed wallpapers? Back to School comes to mind."

That got me thinking a great idea. I'll now start taking requests into making my future volumes of wallpaper and will also take submissions from folks that would like for me to display their work on my site. Email me or comment below to express your thoughts and I'll do my best to please everyone. :)

Master Gamer Volume 17: Castlevania.

I'm going to consider Phil Côté an excellent Castlevania player. This man beats the original game in 11:41. He also does it by taking damage to save time, abuse programming errors and manipulate luck (aka tool assist.)

Without a doubt, Simon owned Dracula.
