Master Gamer # 20: Ninja Gaiden on the NES.

P.S. (aka. Scumtron) has (for lack of better world) slashed through Ninja Gaiden on the Nintendo, beating the game 11:02. He completes the game by taking damage to save time and manipulating luck...A lot.

Very impressive but can he do on Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox? That's something I'll pay to see.

Genji: Days of the Blade Video Review.

PlayStation 3 games have been receiving fair reviews, ranging in the not so great but not so bad category. One thing a lot critics have praised about the system and games is how well they do look. It isn't anything to blow the Xbox 360 out of the water but the system shows promise for groundbreaking graphics, and Genji is a early peak of what is to come. Games.net and Gametrailers.com posted a video review of the game and I must say, it looks gorgeous...Even with the repetitive game play.

Casino Royale Opening.

If you haven't seen the new Bond movie yet, make plans to do so. It's easily one of the best movies to come out in 2006 and is worthy of the Bond name. Daniel Craig, whether you like him or not, does an excellent job along with Chris Cornell with the opening for Casino Royale below.

I'd watch this as soon as you can before Sony pulls it.

Sonic the Hedgehog Video Review.

The newest Sonic Game came out for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 a few days ago and I must say, it caught my interest. Since I'm planning on getting a 360 for Christmas, I thought this would be great title to purchase along with it. Well, after seeing this video review by Games.net and GameTrailers.com, I might wait a few more months before picking it up.

*Sigh*, how I miss the blue hedgehog days on the Sega Genesis and his 2d side-scrolling adventures.

Nintendo MP3 Player.

Seriously, what isn't that Nintendo handhelds can't do? They truly are innovated machines.

Engadget.com is reporting that Nintendo of Europe will be releasing the "Nintendo MP3 Player" on December 8th, just in time for their arrival of the Wii. The player is an SD card-based, taking energy from the Nintendo DS itself. They also report that the MP3 player will be playable on the GameBoy Advance and it's many different versions. To read more about it and see images of what it looks like, check out the whole coverage from engadget here.

Any chance this thing hitting stateside?

Coming Soon: GamerC.net!

Good afternoon my fellow friends! I have an important announcement to make! Wondering why in the world I don't update my site very often anymore? Why I've taken the upcoming reviews section and haven't added a new review since summer? And why a lot of my favorite links haven't appeared again? Well I have an answer for all of that...

COMING EARLY NEXT YEAR, GAMERC WILL BE RUNNING GAMERC.NET! A BRAND NEW SITE WITH A FORUM AND MOVIE PAGE!

GamerC.net will be bigger and better!

Yes, you've read right, I'll be starting a .net site next year. I've been toying with the idea for months now, trying to find an excellent web host service. I've found one I'm comfortable with, 1&1 Internet Inc.. I've read some great things about them and they have services I can easily afford. Right now, I'm considering on getting their MS business hosting, which is only $9.99 a month (they'll bill me $29.99 for every three months actually). Subscribing to their services will also land me Adobe® Photoshop® Elements 4.0 and
Adobe® GoLive® CS2 for a cheaper price than store bought plus MS FrontPage 2003.

I'm aiming to have up GamerC.net around the end of the January or the middle of February. Everything should be running smoothly around the beginning of March, around the same time I'll try get a PlayStation 3.

Things I'm planning on added to my site are a forum (a feature I'm still debating), high quality game footage, video FAQ's, and every other feature current on this blog. All my links to game sites, my blogger buddies, action figure sites, and many more I haven't included yet will be on my new site.

I owe a lot thanks to the folks at blogger and everyone that has visits my blog and commented. All of you have my deepest sincere and we'll be highly recommended on my new site.

2007 is looking even better than before!

Aqua Teen Hunger Force Thanksgiving Episode.

The spirit of Thanksgiving is about spending time with love ones, eating delicious food, and fighting off robot turkeys...Wait, robot turkeys from turkeytron? Watch this funny episode of ATHF to find out.

GamerC Custom Wallpaper Volume 13: Thanksgiving Edition.

GamerC is back with another selection (I'll admit smaller than my usual bunch) of custom wallpaper. Just in time for the turkey holiday, upgrade your monitor background with these two stellar titles, Devil May Cry 4 (which will be out shortly in Japan) and Gears of War.

SOTA's New Line of Street Fighter Figures.

(Images courtesy of SOTA Toys)

SOTA toys recently displayed their new line of Street Fighter figures for 2007. While I was already impress with SOTA's Ryu, Ken, and Akuma figures, I must say these new versions look even stellar.

Looking more like their Street Fighter 3 counterparts, they're available for pre-order at SOTA's website. The MSRP is $17.99 right now with a March 2, 2007 release date. I wonder will there be any variants?

Newest Super Smash Brothers Brawl Trailer.

Go ahead and admit it. This is the number one reason you're buying a Nintendo Wii. Passing up this game would be equivalent to not eating food.

The Nintendo Wii Arrives at GamePro.

(Images courtesy of GamePro.com)

Nintendo passed out the retail Wii consoles to various gaming publications last Friday (in a creative ice-cream truck). It must have been Christmas mourning for the editors as they open the consoles and welcome the newest members to their game library.

GamePro also recorded footage of the event and uploaded the Nintendo Wii user DVD; which reveals a lot interesting functions about the system (most which a lot of you may know but will still watch). You can watch it here.

PlayStation 3 Menu Interface.

Only two (going on one) day left until the PlayStation 3 U.S. release but the gamers in Japan have been playing the anticipated console since last weekend. Check out what the PS3 menu looks like.

Not to shabby although it looks similar to the PS2 interface. To bad only a fraction of us Northern gamers will be seeing that this holiday season :(

Wondering what the new PlayStation 3 games will come in? Well then take a look below.

Got PS3 games? Check. Got a PS3 console? Check...In 2007.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Intro.

As if us gamers needed another reason to buy the next Zelda game, Nintendo recently release a new trailer for the game. First Final Fantasy XII and now this? RPG lovers are experiencing a taste of heaven right now.

I guest the real question right now is which version to get? Zelda Wii or Zelda Cube?
